Tim B. Shirley

Tim is a 1994 graduate of Clemson University with a Forest Resource Management degree and a Minor in Business. Tim started his career with Georgia Pacific in 1993 where he was involved in Wood Procurement and Land Management. In 1998, Tim left Georgia Pacific and gained two years of valuable forestry experience with Olin "Hub" Lominick of Pomaria, SC.

In November of 1999, Tim organized and established Heritage Land & Timber Inc. Since 1999, the business has grown with employees, services offered and with sub-contractor logging force. Currently Tim supervises all aspects of managing the business and procuring timber for the contract logging force.

Tim and his wife, Katina, have been married 14 years and have three sons - Harrison, Jackson, and Grayson. They currently live in Simpsonville, SC.

Chris L. Bryant
Timber Procurement Forester
Chris is a 2005 graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Forest Resource Management. Prior to graduation, Chris served as a Summer Intern with Heritage Land & Timber. Since graduation, Chris continued his forestry career with Heritage Land & Timber, Inc. and has a promising future with the company. He is currently responsible for timber procurement and logging supervision.

Chris also gained a great deal of forestry experience throughout high school and college while working with his father, Dean Bryant. Dean is one of the owners of H&R Timber. H&R Timber is a valued sub-contracting logger for Heritage Land & Timber.

Chris and his wife Casey have one son, Gregory, and live in Tigerville, SC.

Randy O. Isbell
Timber Procurement Forester

Randy is a 1981 graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Forestry. Randy has been with Heritage Land & Timber over 5 years. His responsibilities include timber procurement and logging supervision.

Randy gained most of his forestry experience during his 22 year career with Bowater. At Bowater, Randy was primarily responsible for Land Management activities such as: reforestation, logging supervision, road construction, timber sales, and hunt leases.

Randy and his wife Jane currently live near Anderson. They have three children: Jared, Jason and Heather.
